Overview

The Swing Sensei ("the App") is a golf swing analysis app that processes video entirely on your device. Your privacy is important to us, and we've designed the App to keep your data under your control.

Data Collection

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The App operates entirely on your device.

No account required. You do not need to create an account or provide any personal information to use the App.
No server communication. The App does not send any data to external servers. All swing analysis, pose detection, and feedback generation happens on your iPhone using on-device machine learning.
No analytics or tracking. We do not use any analytics frameworks, advertising SDKs, or tracking tools.
No crash reporting. We do not collect crash logs or diagnostic data.

Data Stored on Your Device

The App stores the following data locally on your iPhone:

Swing history: Club selection, date, swing score, and per-check feedback results for each analyzed swing.
Thumbnail images: A single JPEG image (first frame) for each saved swing, used for display in the library.
User preferences: Handedness setting and other app preferences, stored via standard iOS UserDefaults.

This data never leaves your device. You can delete all stored data at any time through the App's Profile settings or by deleting the App.

Photo Library Access

The App requests access to your photo library solely to allow you to select golf swing videos for analysis. Selected videos are processed on-device and are not uploaded, copied, or shared. The App does not modify your photo library.

Third-Party Services

The App does not use any third-party services, SDKs, or APIs that collect user data.

Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through your Apple ID account. The App does not collect, store, or have access to your payment information, credit card details, or billing address. Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. The App does not require any personal information to function.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
