The Swing Sensei

By downloading, installing, or using The Swing Sensei ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
The Swing Sensei is a golf swing analysis application that uses on-device machine learning to analyze golf swing videos imported from your photo library. The App provides feedback on swing mechanics, scoring, drill recommendations, and practice plans.
The App offers auto-renewable subscription plans and a one-time lifetime purchase:
Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate.
Managing Subscriptions: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
Free Tier: The App offers 3 free swing analyses per month without a subscription.
You retain ownership of all videos you import into the App. The App processes videos entirely on your device and does not upload, store, or transmit your content to any server.
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose of golf swing analysis and improvement. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App or its machine learning models.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Swing analysis feedback is generated by machine learning algorithms and should not be considered professional coaching advice. The App is intended as a training aid and does not guarantee improvement in golf performance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to physical injury resulting from following swing recommendations.
All intellectual property rights in the App, including its machine learning models, user interface design, and content, are owned by the developer. The App name "The Swing Sensei" and associated branding are proprietary.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
